温通针法对血管性痴呆大鼠脑钙调神经磷酸酶和自由基的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温通针法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的机理。方法:观察用温通针法针刺人中、百会、足三里等穴对血管型脑痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)的活性的影响。结果:温通针法能提高脑痴呆症模型大鼠脑组织CaN酶的活性、降低MDA、LD的含量,提高模型大鼠的学习记忆能力和改善其自发性活动。结论:温通针法可以提高VD大鼠的抗氧化能力,减少自由基代谢产物的储积;增加CaN的分泌,从而起到保护脑细胞,防治脑痴呆的作用。Purpose： To explore the mechanism of Wentong acupuncture in treating VD. Methods： To observe effects of Wentong acupuncture at ＂Renzhong＂ （GV26）,＂ ＂Bainui＂ （GV20）, ＂ZusanLi＂ （ST36） on learning and memory, SOD and GSH-Px were determined in medel Mouse with VD. Results： After treatment, the activities of GSH-Pxand CaN increased significantly, the contents of MDA in the brain decreased obviously, and the ability of learning and memory were enhanced. Conclusion： The WenTong Acupuncture can increase antioxydative acpability, reduce metabolities of free radicals and promote CaN secretes, alleviate the acid poisoned, protect the brain＇s cell, prevent and cure the VD.
