摘 要:目的 建立同时测定连翘中乌索酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其含量。色谱柱为Nova-PakC18(3.9mm×300mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇.水(88:12),流速0.8ml/min,检测波长210nm,柱温25℃。结果 乌索酸和齐墩果酸分别在0.912-4.560μg(r=0.9998)和0.312-1.560μg(r=0.9996)范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系;乌索酸和齐墩果酸的平均回收率分别为98.2%(RSD=1.1%)和97.8%(RSD=1.4%)。结论 此法简单、方便、快速、准确,可为中药连翘质量评价和控制提供科学依据。Objective To develop a method for the quantitative analysis of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Forsythia suspense simultaneously. Methods HPLC was carried out on the Nova-Pak CIs column (3.9 mm × 300 mm, 4 μm) at 25℃ using MeOH- H20(88: 12) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 μl and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm . Results There was good linear relationship between the peak area and the sample content injected at the ranges of 0. 912-4. 560μg (r = 0. 999 8 )and 0. 312 -1.560 μg(r = 0. 9996)for ursolic acid and oleanolic acid respectively . The average recovery rate of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 98.2 % (RSD 1.1% ) and 97.8 % ( RSD 1.4 % ), respectively. Conclusion It's a simple, convenient, quick and accurate method, and can also be used scientifically in the quality estimation and control of Chinese traditional medicine Forsythia Suspense.
