摘  要:目的研究了龙血竭提取物对正常及四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠的影响。方法采用正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖,用放射免疫法测血清胰岛素,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析小鼠的血清。结果龙血竭提取物对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显降低作用,能降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠的空腹血糖水平,能改善小鼠对蔗糖的耐受力,增加正常小鼠的胰岛素分泌,血清样本中有药物成分检出。结论龙血竭提取物对糖尿病小鼠有较好的治疗作用,可升高血清胰岛素水平,其部分组分能够被动物体内吸收并进入血液发挥作用。Objective To study the effect of extract from on mice. Methods Normal mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice were used. Blood glucose was measured with glucose oxidase method, and insulin was measured with radioimmunoassay, and the serum in mice was analyzed by HPLC. Results Resina Draconis had no obvious effects of decreasing the serum glucose level in normal mice, but could decrease the serum glucose level in alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Mso, Resina Draconis improved the sucrose-resistance in normal mice and diabetic mice and increased insulin in normal mice. Some of components of Resina Draconis had been measured in serum sample. Conclusion Resina Draconis exerts have a good therapeutic effect on alloxan-induced diabetic mice and its mechanism may be related to the increasing of the secretion of insulin and the absorbing of some of the components of Resina Draconis in vivo.
