二至丸对小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞作用的活性组分构件研究

摘　　要：目的探讨二至丸免疫调节作用的活性组分构件。方法运用中药复方组合化学、血清药理学和细胞药理学方法,观察女贞子、墨旱莲系列提取物及其组合物对小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的作用。结果女贞子乙醇提取物、墨旱莲乙醇提取物、女贞子乙醇提取物+墨旱莲乙醇提取物(1∶1)具有较强的丝裂原样作用,可以促进小鼠外周血、脾淋巴细胞增殖和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论二至丸对小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞作用的活性组分构件是女贞子乙醇提取物+墨旱莲乙醇提取物(1∶1)。Objective To study the active components with immunoregulation from Erzhi Pill. Methods Different extractions were extracted from Ligustrum lucidum Ait, （LLA）or Eclipta prostrata L, （EPL） with different solvents such as water, alcohol etc, The effect on lymphocytes and macrophages in mice was observed with the methods of Combinatorial Chemical research of Traditional Chinese Prescriptions, blood serum pharmacology and cytopharmacology. Results Different extraction showed different effects on mice lymphocytes and macrophages in vitro, The alcohol extraction from LLA （ NYC）, the alcohol extraction from EPL （HYC） or both （1： 1 ） could stimulate the mouse lyrapbocytes proliferation of peripheral blood and spleen and enhance the phagocyteses of mice macrophages. Conclusion The active components with immunoregulation from Erzhi Pill on lympbocytes and macrophages in mice was the mixture of NYC and HYC （ 1： 1 ）,
