冬凌草中总黄酮提取工艺研究与含量测定

摘　　要：目的研究冬凌草中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮的含量。方法采用正交实验进行提取工艺的优选。紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果采用最佳提取工艺测定了不同部位不同产地的冬凌草中总黄酮含量,花中总黄酮含量最高,不同产地含量差别比较大。结论该方法简单、可靠、稳定、重现性好。Objective To study the extracting technology and content of flavonoids of Rabdosia rubescens （ Hemsl. ） Hara. Methods The content of total flavonoid was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 504nm. Results The content of total flavonoid differs among different sources and is the highest in flower. Conclusion The method is simple, reasonable and stable.
