摘  要:目的 建立HPLC法测定复方厚朴颗粒中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。方法 采用Diamondsil^CM C18色谱柱(6.4mm×200mim,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(78:22);流速1ml/min;柱温35%℃;检测波长294nm。结果 厚朴酚的线性范围为0.0411—0.8222μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD=1.27%;和厚朴酚的线性范围为0.02306—0.4612μg,r=1,平均回收率为96.7%,RSD=1.25%。结论 该方法结果准确,重现性好,可作为复方厚朴颗粒质量控制的定量方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Compound Houpu Granule. Methods The samples were analyzed on a Diamondsil^CM C18 column (6.4 mm × 200 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH -0.1% H3PO4 (78:22) ;the rate of flow was lml/min; the eolunm temperature was 35℃ ; the detection wavelength was 294 nm. Results Calibration graph was linear in the range of 0. 041 1-0. 822 2 μg, r = 0. 999 9 for magnolol, 0.023 06 -0.456 12 μg, r = 1 for honokiol. The recovery was 97.1%, RSD = 1.27% for magnolol; 96.7%, RSD = 1.25% for honokiol. Conclusion The method is sensitive and its results are accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Compound Houpu Granule.
