摘 要:目的 建立改进康欣口服液标准的方法。方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对康欣口服液中的丹参、地骨皮进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPIE)法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果 定性鉴别方法专属性强。在5.36-26.8μg范围内淫羊藿苷峰面积与浓度线性关系良好。r=0.9998;样品平均加样回收率为100.4%(n=9),RSD为1.84%。结论 该法简便、快速、结果准确,可有效控制康欣口服液的质量。Objective To improve the standard for quality of Kangxin Oral Liquid. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used for qualitive identification of Salvia miltiorrrhiza and Lycium chinese. The icafiin was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC identification was highly specific. The icariin area and content showed a good linear relationship at the range of 5.36 -26.8 μg and correlation coeffcient was 0. 999 8. The average recovery of the added sample was 100.4% ( n = 9), RSD was 1.84%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, accurate for the quality control of Kangxin Oral Liquid.
