头痛宁片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的 建立头痛宁片的质量标准。方法 用薄层色谱法对片剂中的制何首乌、防风、当归、天麻进行了定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定了片剂中大黄素含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，空白样品无干扰；大黄素在0．0525-0．525范围内具有良好的线性关系，r=1．000，平均加样回收率为99．28％，RSD为1．971％（n=5）。结论该方法简便，精确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制。Objective To estabhsh the quality specification of Toutongning tablet. Methods Radix polygoni multiflori praeparata cum succo glycines sotae , Radix saposhni Roviae , Radix angelicae sinensis , and Rhizoma gastrodiae in tablets were identified by TLC ,emodin in tablets were detemined by HPLC. Results The TLC sperts developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. Recovery was 99.28% and RSD was 1. 971% （n =5） for emodin. Conclusion The method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and the method can be used for qudily control of Toutongning tablet.
