摘　　要：分解了实施自选、自助实验课的影响因素；提出根据学制、学科、专业，以及理论与实验课时的比例等具体情况，确定自选、自助实验项目、内容、学时和管理办法；主张对实验课的效果、教学质量、学习程度、成本等实验效率的主要环节进行控管与考核。设计了优化实验课程的安排方法。Analyzed the comprehensive factors influenced on the arrangement; advocated that the confirmation of experiment contents and management methods must be based on the length of schooling, the subject, the speciality, the time ratio of experiment and theory course, and so on; proposed that the key sections of experiment lessons should be supervised and assessed; designed the course arrangement method of the experiment of optimizing.
