摘　　要：结合我校设备器材供应服务部的工作实际，探讨了如何在市场经济体制下，通过转变观念，明确服务宗旨，树立良好形象，提高职工素质，加强信息收集工作，建立、健全各项规章制度，采取多种服务措施，及时、高效、优质、热情地做好学校的供应和服务工作，保障教学和科研任务顺利进行，为提高教学质量和办学效益服务，收到了良好的效果。The paper introduced the actual situation of the Service Department for Equipment and Materials Supply in Tsignhua University. Exploring how to transform the ideas, clarify the service purpose, establish good image, enhance the quality of the staff, strengthen the information collection, establish and perfect the regulations, take various measures to finish the service works for the university, to ensure the teaching and research work smoothly be proceeded. In this way, the good teaching quality and the teaching benefit were achieved.
