摘　　要：海战场信息化是实施海战场信息战的基础,以信息战中“战斗力=信息+火力+机动”这一原则为依据,详细讨论了海战场信息化的数字化、网络化技术要求,其涉及到的装备发展需求,以及海战场信息化的作用和最终目标,即实现决策优势、火力优势和机动优势等问题。The Information Warfare（IW） on sea battlefield is based on the information constructing of sea battlefield. An important principle of IW is that battle effectiveness is made up of information, firepower and movement. So, this paper bats around the technology request, equipment＇ s developing requirement, effect and the last aim of the information constructing of sea battlefield.
