摘　　要：雷达系统的故障检测与诊断是雷达系统设计中的重要内容。为了解决复杂雷达系统的故障处理问题,可将检测与诊断系统设计在雷达内部,介绍了该系统的硬件设计、软件设计方法。并指出选择具有代表性的检测信号是设计该系统的关键所在。The test and diagnosis are the important content of design in radar system. In order to solve the problems of dealing with failures in complicated radar system, we should design the test and diagnosis system embedded in radar. This paper describes the way of the hardware design and software design of the test and diagnosis system embedded in radar. And the key to design the system is to find out the representative signals.
