摘  要:中国在特高压交流输电关键技术研究方面已经取得了大量第一手科研成果,特高压交流输电工程已经动工。但针对特高压交流工程设计、系统稳定性、绝缘配合、电磁环境、设备技术规范、运行和维护等方面的标准还非常少,远远不能满足当前电力发展的需要。确定了建立特高压交流输电标准体系的必要性和基本原则,提出并建立了特高压交流输电标准体系,并按照通用技术、设计、设备订货技术条件、施工与验收、运行维护、设备试验方法、设备制造等分类,逐一介绍了所建立的特高压交流标准体系。该标准体系内容涵盖全面,能满足我国特高压交流输电工程建设需要。Currently, many fresh research results on UHVAC transmission system have been worked out in China. UHVAC project is also started construction in China. But there are few standards of UHVAC transmission about project design, system stability, insulation coordination, electromagnetic environment, technical specification of facilities, operation, maintenance and etc., which cannot meet the needs of current power development and maintenance. The necessity and basic principles of establishing 1 000 kV UHVAC standard system were discussed and the 1 000 kV UHVAC standard system was also presented according to the basic principles. Standards in the system were introduced one by one according to its categories of the common technology standards, the design technology standards, technical specification of equipments, construction and acceptance standards, operation and maintenance standards, equipment test methods, apparatus manufacturing standards et al. The standards system's content is comprehensive and can meet the need of UHVAC projects.
