摘 要:水轮发电机组振动可以在很宽的频率范围内发生,其振源主要来自于机械、电磁和水力3个方面。实际出现的振动问题常常因几个方面的因素耦合在一起,变得更复杂。提出综合治理消除水轮发电机组振动故障来解决这类复杂问题。应用理论分析与现场试验相结合的方法,分析了天生桥Ⅰ级3号水轮发电机组不稳定振动问题,研究发现引起机组振动的主要原因是上机架连接刚度弱、存在转子质量不平衡和发电机电磁不平衡3个因素,提出相应的解决办法,进行综合治理,消除了机组的振动。Vibration of hydro-generator units may occur over a wide range of frequencies. Main causes of vibration are from three aspects such as mechanic, electromagnetic and water power. However, a vibration fault on site becomes quite complicated as a result of the coupling of several factors. The troubleshooting method for vibration fault on hydro-generator with comprehensive treatment was presented. Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and field test, the unbalanced vibration problems on a 300 MW hydro-generator in Tian Shengqiao Power Station were discussed. The results show that main factors contributing for the vibration are the less rigidity of upper bracket, mass unbalance of rotor and electromagnetic unbalance of generator. The measures of comprehensive treatment were presented and performed to solve the vibration problems.
