摘 要:继2000年燃煤示范电站后,新一轮高参数、大容量火电机组正在加紧建设,大型火电厂分散控制系统(DCS)的设计已发生了很大变化:DCS的功能覆盖范围已扩充至电气控制系统、汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)和其他常规的独立控制系统;单元机组公用部分由单独设计的DCS公用网络进行控制;大型空冷控制系统和大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉控制系统开始直接纳入DCS;海水脱硫控制系统和有些工程的脱硝控制系统也由DCS进行控制。论述了主要的设计方案,并就设计中容易出现的问题给出合理化建议。A passel of large-scale thermal power plants with high parameters are being built after the construction of 2000' s demonstration thermal power plants. The DCS design for large thermal power plants has changed a lot recently in the following aspects. Electric control system, DEH control system and some other independent routine control systems have been involved in DCS; some common systems for units have been controlled by DCS communal network; large air cooling control system, large CFB boiler control system, seawater desulfurization control system and de-NOx control system have been brought into DCS. Main design schemes were discussed and some rationalization proposals were presented corresponding to the existing problems in design.
