对我国农村金融抑制问题的思考

摘　　要：通过分析指出，我国农村金融业处于“金融抑制”状态。农村金融业的发展现状已经不适应农村经济发展的要求。根据我国农村经济发展水平区域性差异较大的特点，需要对农村金融体系中正规金融机构的功能进行丰富，对业务范围进行重新界定和延伸；要引导和规范非正规金融机构的经营和发展、培育和塑造农村地区良好的金融环境。The rural financial industry of our country is typically of ＂Financial Repression＂ characteristics. The present development situation of rural financial industry is not suitable for rural economical development. According to the characteristics of rural area which is dramatically unbalanced in economical development, we should rebuild official financial institution with more functions, wider service range and guide the man- agement and development of unofficial financial institution into the way of health development as well as to nurture good financial biological environment in rural area.
