摘 要:用电化学聚合法在玻碳电极上制备聚硫堇,然后涂渍一层Nation膜,采用循环伏安法研究其制备和电化学性质。该电极峰电流与多巴胺(DA)在2.00×10^-7~1.43×10^-3mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为6.67×10^-8mol/L,相关系数为0.995。该修饰电极有效排除了抗坏血酸(AA)的干扰。并且具有良好的灵敏度、重现性、稳定性,可用于实际样品中DA的测定。An amperometric biosensor for the detection of dopamine has been developed by means of immobihzing Nation onto a glassy carbon electrode based on poly (thionine) as matrixes. Thionine was first polymerized on the glassy carbon electrode surface, and then Nation was immobilized on the electrode surface. The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of Nafion/poly (thionine) dual-layer modified glassy carbon electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The biosensor exhibited a dynamic range of 2.00 × 10^-7 - 1.43 × 10^-3 mol/L for DA with a detection limit of 6.67 × 10^-8 mol/L and a correlation coefficient of 0.995, further avoided the interference of ascorbic acid. Moreover, the biosensor exhibited high sensitivity, good repeatability and long-time stability. The modified electrode can be used for the determination of DA in the samples.
