摘  要:采用微波消解ICP—AES法同时测定蒙药新-Ⅱ中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Ni、Mn、Cu、Pb等15种微量元素,并对蒙药新-Ⅱ中Ca/Mg,Cu/Zn比值进行了初步的分析。结果表明,蒙药新-Ⅱ中含有多种微量元素,其中人体有益的微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn的量相对高,即Ca〉Mg〉Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Ni〉Cu,而人体有害微量元素Cd、Pb、Ag的量相对较低,Ca/Mg和Cu/Zn比值分别为4.1760、0.6077。加标回收率在97.5%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.7%,检出限≤0.008μg/mL。A method for the determination of 15 kinds of trace elements (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Ni, Mn, Cu and so on) in the Mongolian medicines new - Ⅱ by ICP-AES with microwave digestion has been proposed, and the ratios of Ca to Mg and Cu to Zn have been analyzed primarily. The results indicate that Mongolian medicines new - Ⅱ contains many kinds of trace elements, and the contents of beneficial micro amounts of elements for people are relatively high. The order is: Ca〉 Mg〉 Fe〉 Mn〉 Zn〉 Ni〉 Cu. The contents of harmful micro amounts of elements (Cd, Pb, Ag) for prople are relatively low. The ratios of Ca to Mg and Cu to Zn are 4.176 and 0.6077, respectively. Recoveries are between 97.5% and 105.5%, relative standard deviation (RSD) is not more than 2.7%, and detection limit is not more than 0.008 μg/mL. The satisfactory results are obtained.
