摘　　要：介绍了一种以单片机PIC16F716为核心的新型光伏发电充放电控制器。该控制器通过太阳能电池板电压、蓄电池电压、充电电流、环境温度等参数的检测判断,控制开关管的关断,来实现充放电控制和保护功能。与以往的控制器相比,此控制器的成本低,可靠性高。The paper introduced a kind of new photovoltaic generated electricity charge and discharge controller which take PIC16F716 as hardcore. By examination and judgment on the parameters such as solar panel electric voltage, battery voltage, charge hardcore current, environment temperature. and etc., controlled the switch tube breaking, in order to realize the control on charge, discharge and protection function. Compared with former controller, the cost of this controller was low, the credibility was high.
