摘　　要：发展县域经济,必须从区域发展空间入手来谋划自身的发展战略,依靠区位优势、资源优势、成本优势、人力优势、产业基础等各种优势资源,优化县域范围内的各种资源配置,准确定位县域经济发展方向,更新县域经济的发展理念,找到一条适合于本地实际情况的县域经济发展思路和方法。To develop the economy of county regions is a “basic project” for the construction of a well off society and for the realization of modemization of China. Every county can learn from the experience of the developed economies in the other counties, To change this backwardness and make a speedy development, it is vital to have a clear understanding of this area＇ s present situation and problems that hinder the development to emancipate people＇s mind, update their mentalities and enhance their intellectual qualities, to develop trades and industries with local uniqueness by using special local resources, and make their own choice based on their own conditions,
