对2006年田径大奖赛中黄海强越过2.28m的技术分析

摘　　要：对2006年全国田径大奖赛决赛(郑州站)的男子背越式跳高冠军黄海强的最后一步助跑至起跳的技术分析,起跳腿脚触时的膝角度到最大缓冲时膝角,缓冲角度较大,与起跳腿的退让收缩、膝、踝的快速屈伸能力差有关,快速蹬伸能力影响H1高度,起跳时带有“偏心”的起跳也相对的降低了H1的高度,黄的身体腾起高度H2和身体重心腾起的最大高度,都达到国际优秀运动员水平。This paper analyzes the Technique from the last running to take - off male back style high jump of Huang Hai - qiang in the 2006 National Athletics competition （Zheng zhou ） , and we can find out that the knee angle and the cushion angle are bigger when knee angle to biggest cushion, when the foot touch the ground , it related to the leg of take - off stretching and contracting, which affected the height of the H1, the take - off deviation center also reduce the height of H1, the results indicated that his body reaches to the height H2 and the height of body gravity corresponding to the level of world excellent high jump athlete.
