摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定丹磺颗粒剂中丹参素含量的方法。方法采用OSD柱,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果加样回收试验显示丹参素平均回收率99.82%,RSD=1.93%(n=5)。结论该方法简便,分离完全,结果可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactate in Danhuang Granules. Methods：The method used the ODS column and the mobile phase is methanol and 1 % glacial acetic acid solution,and the detective wavelength is 280nm,and the flow rate is 1.0ml . min^-1. Results ：The mean recovery was 99.82% （RSD= 1.93%）. Conclusion：The method was simple and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of Danhuang Granules.
