僵蚕薄层鉴别方法的改进

摘　　要：目的改进中药材僵蚕的薄层鉴别的方法。方法甲醇溶解,超声提取,氯仿-甲醇(12∶1)展开,365nm紫外灯下检视。结果对照药材图谱中有清晰的红色荧光斑点,无阴性干扰。结论该方法操作简单,斑点清晰,重现性好,可用于不同来源僵蚕药材的鉴别及利咽灵片中僵蚕药材的检测。Objective：To improve the method for identifying Bombyx Batryticatus. Methods：Bombyx Batrytieatus is ultrasonic extracted with methanol,spotted on silica gel G plate,and then developed in the mobile phase （triehloromethane ：methanol= 12 ： 1）. Results ：Characteristic spots can be observed at 365nm. Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and could be used for identifying Bombyx Batryticatus.
