摘　　要：基础测绘直接关系到各种基础地理信息的获取、管理、应用、更新以及共享,是建设地理空间基础框架的中坚力量。分析了连云港市基础测绘存在的问题,叙述了基础测绘框架建设的总体方案,主要包括基础测绘建设的重要性、工作目标、任务和技术路线。The fundamental S/M determines all kinds of geographic information acquisition, management, application,renewal and sharing. It has become the central force to construct Geographic Spatial Fundamental Frame. The paper analyzes the problem in fundamental S/M and introduces the general project of fundamental S/M construction, including the importance, objective, mission and technical scheme.
