摘　　要：就按照项目管理模式进行咨询设计企业的综合管理进行了论述,对综合管理的理解、认识进行了阐述。对按照科学的项目管理方式进行综合管理进行了论述,它不但可以帮助企业提高管理的效率、促进企业的发展,而且可以使企业产生独有的生产力,为企业带来竞争中的核心竞争优势。This paper gives an exposition on the implementation of integrated management of consulting and design enterprises by project management mode and offers the understandings to integrated management. The implementation of integrated management by scientific project management mode can not only improve the management efficiency and promote enterprise＇s development, but also bring unique productivity and core competence for the enterprises.
