摘　　要：企业的核心竞争力是企业各种能力中最最关键的能力之一,它的强弱决定了企业在市场竞争中的成败和未来发展的命运。准确评估企业核心竞争力对于企业自我认识与培育提升核心竞争力有着重要作用。在此针对软件企业的含义及特点构建了相应的核心竞争力评价指标体系,运用属性坐标分析法对模拟数据进行运行,软件系统的计算结果令人满意。Core competence is one of most important one among all capabilities an enterprise has ,which determines its success in the present fierce market competition and its future development. Accurate evaluation of the core competence is ,therefore ,of vital importance to gain a better understanding of the company itself and to make further improvement. This paper builds up a core competence evaluation system based on the attributes of software enterprises ,in which an attribute coordinate analytic method is adopted to analyze the simulation data. The result computed through the software system turns out to be rather satisfactory.
