摘  要:目的:观察保肝药益肝灵、降脂药非诺贝特及同时具有保肝和降脂功效的中成药疏肝降脂片对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型肝功能及血清甘油三酯的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠,诱导大鼠脂肪肝模型,分别给予保肝药物和降脂药物,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶等指标,观察不同治疗方案的疗效。结果:在血脂升高、肝功能异常的情况下,给予疏肝降脂片能显著降低血清甘油三酯的含量,并显著改善肝功能状况,给予保肝药物益肝灵和降脂药非诺贝特能显著改善肝功能状况,但对血清甘油三酯的含量没有明显影响。结论:在血脂升高合并肝功能异常时,应采取以保肝加降脂功能为主的药物治疗措施。Objective: To study the effects of different treatment plans on the liver function and serum triglyceride of hyperlipidemia -induced fatty liver rat model. Methods: The test rats were fed with high fat fodder to induce a fatty liver rat model. The test rats were treated with liver -protecting and blood -lipid -lowing drugs respectively to measure the index of alanine aminotransferase of the blood serum and to observe the effects of the different treatment plans. Results: The findings showed that in the rise of blood lipid and the abnormality of liver function Shuganjiangzhipian could lower the content of blood serum TG and improved the liver function obviously while Yiganling (liver -protecting drug) and Fenofibrat (fat -lowing drug) could improve the liver function obviously, but had no obvious effect on the content of blood serum TG. Conclusion: In the rise of blood lipid and the abnormality of liver function, the treatment of the fatty liver patients can be given liver -protecting and fat -lowing drugs.
