摘  要:山西大唐国际云冈热电机组运行中,存在汽轮机轴系振动和汽缸膨胀不畅。高、中压缸膨胀不畅的原因是轴承箱滑动受阻和滑动摩擦力增大,阻碍汽缸膨胀及管道对汽缸的不平衡推力使汽缸膨胀不畅和跑偏。汽缸膨胀不畅和轴封漏汽使轴系热态中心不稳定导致轴系振动。通过高、中压汽封体、汽封和汽封系统的改造和阀门、管道及其他系统的改造,消除了汽缸膨胀不畅。在2号轴承下面增加100μm垫片,以增加轴承的载荷及修改1号机1-4号调门的开启顺序和将1号机3号轴承更换为稳定性好的5块可倾瓦轴承来消除轴系振动。During operation of co - generation units in Shanxi Datang International Yungang Co - generation Power Ltd. Co. the phenomena of impeded casing expansion and shafting vibration occurred. The cause for impeded expansion of HP and IP casings is that the slide of the bearing box is blocked and sliding friction force is increased, which impedes the expansion of the casings and unbalanced thrust of the pipe to the casings results in impeded expansion and offset of casings. The shafting vibration is caused by non - stability of shafting thermal state center produced by impeded casing expansion and steam leakage of the shaft gland. The retrofitting on the steam seal body, steam gland and gland system of HP and IP casing, pipes and other systems has eliminated impeded expansion of casings. A 100 μm packing piece is added under No. 2 bearing to increase the bearing load, open sequence of No. 1 -4 regulating valves for No. 1 unit is corrected and No. 3 bearing of No. 1 unit is replaced with a hearing with 5 -piece slant bush to eliminate the shafting vibration.
