摘 要:简述了基于强度与延性理论的钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震能力评估方法,给出了抗震能力评估步骤,详细说明了为实现抗震能力的定量评估所编制的程序的主要功能及其编程思想。实例评估表明,编制的抗震能力评估计算程序,紧密结合我国建筑抗震设计规范,与ETABS集成软件结合,既可定量评估建筑结构抗震能力,也可从评估结果中了解造成抗震能力不足的原因,为抗震能力评估提供了新的思路。It is introduced the appraisal method for earthquake-resistant capability of reinforced concrete frame construction based on theory, of intensity and toughness, and is also presented a series of operating processes to evaluate earthquakeresistant capability. The main functions and ideals of program are introduced detailedly. From the applied illustrations, it can clearly be seen that the Human-Computer Interaction Program that is integrated with China code for aseismic design of buildings and ETABS software can not only evaluate quantitatively the earthquake-resistant capability of buildings but also find out the causation to beget shortage from results. Which provides a new thought for evaluating quantitatively the earthquake-resistant capability of buildings.
