江苏省规范化预防接种门诊建设现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省规范化预防接种门疹现状。方法按《2004年全国计划免疫审评方案》进行分层抽样,对292个预防接种门诊进行调查考核。根据现场察看考核打分。结果分级免疫规划工作人员与服务人口配置比例,全省达到1/万标准;13个设区的市中仅7个达到标准。专职、兼职免疫规划工作人员的学历、职称普遍偏低,主管医师及以上职称全省仅占1.7%。2003年平均每名免疫规划工作人员承担70名新生儿、572名≤7岁儿童的免疫规划工作。292个预防接种门诊平均得分90.5分。在免疫规划和疫苗管理、开展知情同意和疑似预防接种异常反应报告等方面仍存在不少问题。结论江苏省规范化预防接种门诊建设日臻完善,取得很大成绩,但为适应新时期免疫规划工作的要求,需进一步完善。Objective Standard management of outpatient department on Jiangsu Expanded Programme on Immunization （EPI） has been carried out for 14 years. We have got a better understanding of the present situation, and provide theoretic basis in order to modify the provincial criterion on the standard management of outpatient departments Methods We have made an investigation by means of stratification sampling on 292 outpatient clinics in accordance with the Examined and Approved Scheme for Scheduled Immune in China in 2004. Results Although standard management of outpatient departments has made great progress, some problems such as personnel allocation, qualification of staff, equipment, management levels etc. still exist. Conclusion Important measures should be taken to modify the provincial criterion on the standard management of outpatient department, to invest in the clinic equipments and in particular to put more emphasis on safety injection.
