双孢蘑菇提取液对小鼠胃排空的影响

摘　　要：采用改良酚红(PSP)含量测定法,分别以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型,探索双孢蘑菇对小鼠胃排空的影响.结果表明:双孢蘑菇提取液(4.00 g.kg-1)1次性ig给药可显著抑制正常小鼠的胃排空(P<0.01);对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制没有明显的促进作用(P>0.05);对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢进有显著的拮抗作用(P<0.01).Applying the reformatory content measurement of PSP, taking the healthy rats treated with neostigmine and adrenaline as research model, this paper is to explore the effects of Agaricus bisporus on the rats＇ Gastric Emptying Function （GEF）. The results indicate that ig liquid at a single dose extracted from Agarieus bisporus （4.00 g·kg^-1） can remarkably restrain the healthy rats＇ GEF（P〈0.01）; no obvious effects can be found on the rats with adrenaline （P〉0.05）; a remarkable antagonistic effect of the liquid against the increase of gastric emptying induced by neostigmine was observed in mice （P〈0.01）.
