摘　　要：After four years' extensively scrambling rivers' exploitation rights by power companies, the countable hydropower resources are almost shared up. In water-abundant southwestern region, five large generation groups delimited their own spheres on large rivers. Sharp private enterprises availed themselves of every opportunity to grasp the targets on small and medium rivers. As numerous investors swarmed, hydropower construction entered a real high tide period. 'At present, the proportion of exploited hydroenergy is approximately 20% of the exploitable water energy in China. It will be enough for the datum to be close to 60% in China, otherwise more problems with ecological environment would follow. The hydropower to be developed shall be limited within 350 GW, and this is the top,' said Wang Shucheng, Minister of Ministry of Water Resources . 'Excessive marketization is likely to lead endless trouble in hydropower construction.
