摘 要:为了使平板型蒸发器散热表面非均匀的热负荷传导至蒸发器吸液芯层时形成较均匀的温度场,提出了一种针肋阵列结构的平板型蒸发器,并在绝热边界和对流边界情形下利用FLUENT软件对蒸发器的上端盖进行了传热数值模拟,结果显示针肋阵列结构不但能够满足将外界非均匀热流均匀化的要求,而且与采用普通无肋平板结构相比,能使蒸发器整体温度下降6 K左右,显著增强了蒸发器的传热能力。In order to form a relative uniform temperature field when the nonuniform heat load of the cooling surface transmits to the porous wick of the CPL evaporator, a plate evaporator with needle-rib array was designed. And the heat transfer of the evaporator's upper end cover under the adiabatic boundary and the convection boundary respectively was numerically simulated using FLUENT. The calculation results indicate that the configuration of needle-rib array could not only uniform the nonuniform external heat load, but also drop the holistic evaporator temperature by about 6 K, compared with the configuration of the ordinary plate evaporator without ribs, so the heat transfer capability of the evaporator is enhanced markedly.
