摘 要:复杂织物的经纬纱是由两个或两个以上系统的纱线组成,各系统的纱线彼此交错相互重叠,织物组织较难分析。文章以四层织物和纱罗织物为例,介绍了复杂织物组织的分析方法。对四层织物分析时,找出组织图上有代表性的组织点的属性,因分层符号在组织图上出现时很有规律,可以先确定各层分层符号的位置,进而确定各根经纬纱的属性,分出各层织物,最后分析各层的组织;纱罗织物分析时,应分析织物的反面,先要区分出绞经和地经,然后才能绘出组织图。Complex fabric is difficult to analyze for their yarn and weft consist of two or more than two systems, the yarn of each system interlacing and overlapsing each other. Through detailed analysis about the four ply cloth, the attribute of each interlacing point in weave diagram was found. For each layer-divide symbol appeares regularly in weave diagram, the layer-divide symbol is affirmed first, then the attribute of each yarn and weft is fixed, the weave of each layer is analyzed at last. As to leno fabric, the reverse side of the fabric should be analyzed, tell the crossing warp from normal warp before drafting the looming draft. This paper introduces the method to analyze this kind of complex fabric through above two examples.
