摘　　要：办公自动化系统是电子政务系统的重要组成部分。LotusDomino/Notes作为主流的工作流软件,为开发电子政务系统提供了优秀的平台。分析LotusDomino/Notes开发平台,研究工作流技术在公文流转系统中的实际应用,系统地分析公文流转系统的流程,结合工作流设计三要素,设计和实现了宜兴检验检疫局公文流转系统。The Office Automation System was an important part of e-Goverment System. As the workflow software of the mainstream, Lotus Domino/Notes provided a outstanding platform for developing e-Goverment System. It was analyzed Lotus Domino/Notes developing platform, practical application of technology in the Official Document Routing System in research work, analyzed the procedure of the System, combined with the workflow of three designing key elements systematically, designed and implemented the System of circulation of official document.
