摘 要:为探讨不同分析方法的检测结果是否具有可比性或检测结果的偏差是否在允许范围内,本文按照EP-9-A文件要求,对80例患者每天随机取10例患者血样品,共8天,分别用ECLIA和RIA法测定甲状腺激素及其TGAb和TPOAb含量,计算相关系数和直线回归方程,对这两种方法进行偏差评估。在所检测的7个项目中两方法间相关性良好,其中5个项目测定结果的偏差可以被接受。当同一实验室内用一种检测系统取代另一种检测系统时,应对其进行方法对比或偏差评估,以保证检测结果的准确可靠。According to the procedure described by NCCLS-EP9-A approved guideline, method comparison for measurement of thyroid hormones TGAb and TPOAb in 80 patients samples and bias estimation were performed in 8 days. The patient's samples were analyzed simultaneously with ECLIA and RIA. The coefficient of correlation was calculated as well as bias was estimated between two methods. Among these 7 tests, relationship between results of ECLIA and RIA was close, 5 outcomes of biases were acceptable. In order to insure accuracy and stability of the test outcome, method comparison and bias evaluation should be employed when using a method instead of another method in the same laboratory.
