摘　　要：现代金融业作为知识密集型产业,在组织架构、运作方式和业务开拓等方面,日益体现出以知识和信息为基础的经营管理特征。金融业的这种行业属性,决定了必须以飞速发展的信息技术为支撑,不断进行创新,实现自身的信息化,从而逐步达到整个业态的知识化,以适应时代发展的需要。高度的信息化在技术上保证了金融产品不断创新,保证了金融行业可以为客户提供更加人性化、智能化和自助化的服务。As a knowledge intensified industry, modem financial industry shows that the characteristics of business management are based on knowledge and information in the aspects of business frameworks, operation methods, and business expansion. The characteristics of financial industry determine that we should depend on the fast developing information technology to make continuous innovation and development. The whole industry can fit the needs of the time depending on information technology. Fast development of information technology guarantees the continuous innovation of financial products based on the technique, and the financial industry can provide better services which is more personalization, intelligentize, and automization.
