摘　　要：监控代理是空管系统中网络监控部分的重要组成部分,对监控代理的设计进行了详细的介绍并对监控代理的两个重要问题获取系统信息和切换进程组进行了分析和研究。在网络管理时,对各主机的进程进行监视和统计是很重要的,因此着重阐述了进程信息获取算法及其实现,此算法充分考虑了Unix系统特有的虚拟文件系统特点,算法精度高,具有很强的通用性。Monitor and control agent is a very important part of network monitor and control system of ATC.This paper introduces the design of the monitor and control agent and discusses two important aspects of monitor and control agent：acquire process information and change processes group.Describes the implementation of algorithm to acquire process imformation in detail.The arithmetic makes full use of VFS（Virtual File System）of Unix so it is very robust and can be used in different Unix system.
