摘 要:由于低密度住宅在严寒地区刚刚兴起,缺乏规范约束和技术指导,建设和设计上出现了许多误区,导致其使用能耗过大,因此,对低密度住宅进行节能研究非常必要和紧迫.通过对严寒地区低密度住宅建设状况及出现问题的分析,从住宅群体布局到单体设计以及围护结构构造技术等方面进行全方位研究,指出:我国《民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)》(JG J26-95)不适于低密度住宅的节能设计,低密度住宅的节能设计不能盲目效仿多、高层住宅,照搬照抄;同时针对低密度住宅层数低、体量小、体型系数大的特点,提出严寒地区低密度住宅的节能设计策略,为严寒地区低密度住宅的节能研究提供参考.Low-density houses are in the building in severe cold area of China recently. Many problems appear in the construction and design due to lack of criterion restriction and technical guidance on the low-density houses. This results in consuming large energy in the low-density houses. So it is necessary and urgent to study the energy efficient low-density houses in China. The thesis researches from layout to building design and envelope structure technology through analyzing the construction of the houses and existing problem. Points out that low-density house can't be designed according to "Energy conservation design standard for new heating residential buildings in China", for it isn' t the same to the residential building. Meanwhile, according to the character of low-density houses that shape factor of the house is higher for its low layer and the body is smaller than any other kinds of residential buildings, design strategy for the low-density houses in severe cold area of China is provided, which offers the reference for designers.
