摘 要:采用共沉淀法,制备了具有良好电化学性能的层状L iN i0.78Co0.2Zn0.02O2正极材料,探讨材料的物理性质对其电化学性能的影响.结果表明:电极片涂膜的厚度对其放电比容量及循环性能有很大影响;粒径的大小对首次放比容量的影响不大,但对其长期循环性能的影响较大.材料的相变是放电容量衰减的主要因素之一,通过掺杂改性、优化制备工艺条件、控制材料的物理性质,有利于抑制相变,提高材料的电化学性能.XRD pattern and the electrochemical test of the LiNi0.78Co0.2Zn0.02O2 cathode synthesized with copercipitation method show that its layered crystal structure is perfect and its electrochemical properties are good. In this paper, the influences of some physical characters of the material on its electrochemical performance are discussed. The results show that the thickness of the electrode has a great effect on its initial discharge specific capacity; Particle size of the material has little effect on the initial discharge specific capacity, but the size has great effect on the long-term cycle property of the cathode; Phase change of the materials is a main cause of its capacity fade, but phase change could be restrained and electrochemical performance of material could be improved by doping other elements, optimizing technology conditions and controlling physical character of materials.
