摘 要:利用Cu(Ⅱ)的配位作用,制备了A lizarin-Cu(Ac)2配合物的分子烙印聚合物。实验结果表明,该分子烙印聚合物对A lizarin-Cu(Ac)2具有选择性结合能力,而对一些结构类似的化合物则没有选择性结合能力。Scatchard方程研究表明,在研究的浓度范围内在聚合物中形成了一类等价的结合位点,结合位点对模板分子的平衡离解常数为0.80 mmol/L,最大表观结合量为52.68μmol/g,最大特异性吸附量为21.26μmol/g。研究还表明,在结合实验中,将醋酸根离子改变成其它阴离子,该聚合物就会失去分子识别能力,表明在聚合前的混合物中是由Cu(Ⅱ),醋酸根离子,茜素和2-乙烯吡啶形成了配合物。An Alizarin-Cu (Ac)2-imprinted polymer was synthesized based on copper ion coordination with the monomer. The binding experiments showed that the polymer exhibited a higher binding capacity for Alizarincopper acetate and had no affinity for its structural analogues. Scatchard analysis showed that one type of binding sites was formed in the imprinted polymer in the studied concentration range. The dissociation constant and the apparent maximum number of the binding sites were calculated to be 0. 80 mmol/L and 52.68 μmol/g, respectively, and the maximum template selective site was 21.26 μmol/g. Changing the acetate to other anions resulted in the loss of imprinting effect, suggesting that the complex formed prior to the polymerization was composed of copper( Ⅱ ), acetate, Alizarin and 2-vinylprindine.
