配位键合Re(OPr^i)(TTA)_2的发光有机玻璃的制备

摘  要:在N2气保护下,将有机配体HTTA(α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮)引入三异丙氧基稀土中,合成了具有一定配位作用的铕、铽、钐稀土配合物(Re(OPri)(TTA)2),并与MMA单体通过本体聚合制备配位键合Re(OPri)(TTA)2的有机玻璃材料,用元素分析、FT-IR、XRD、FS等测试技术对其进行了表征。结果表明,含铕、铽或钐稀土配合物Re(OPri)(TTA)2中Re3+离子与MMA中C O存在配位作用,经本体聚合获得的有机玻璃呈非晶态,其溶解性好、透明性高,在各自最佳波长激发下能发射很强的Eu3+(613 nm)、Tb3+(544 nm)或Sm3+(644 nm)稀土特征荧光,其发光强度与Re(TTA)3/PMMA相当。Complexes Eu( OPr^i ) ( TTA ) 2, Tb ( OPr^i ) ( TTA ) 2 and Sm ( OPr^i ) ( TTA ) 2 were synthesized by replacing partial isopropoxyl group with thenoyltrifluoroacetone(TTA) under the protection of N2. The photoluminescent organic glass materials containing these complexes were prepared via the bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA)/complex blends. The polymers containing these complexes were characterized by means of elemental analysis, FT-IR, XRD and FS. There existed interaction between the rare earth ions and the carboxyl group of MMA monomer. The organic glass materials containing Eu( OPr^i) -( TTA)2, Tb( OPr^i ) (TTA)2 or Sm (OPr^i) (TTA)2 exhibited strong characteristic luminescence of Eu3^+ (613 nm), Tb3^+ (544 nm ) or Sm3^+ (644 nm) under excitation at the most suitable wavelength for each compound, respectively. Their luminescent intensities were as high as that of PMMA containing Re(TTA)3- In addition, the organic glass materials were amorphous and exhibited high solubility and transparence.
