摘  要:对多组分铜基金属粉末(组分包括Cu、Cu-10Sn、Cu-8.4P)进行了直接激光烧结实验。优化激光功率和扫描速率,以实现粉末部分熔化状态下的液相烧结,其中Cu作为结构金属,Cu-10Sn作为粘结金属,而P元素则作为脱氧剂。激光烧结直接成形了尺寸为210mm×70mm×9mm的复杂形状铜基金属零件,在零件底部设置了预烧结层,以保证良好的激光烧结过程及成形精度。烧结致密度达理论密度的94.7%,而最大尺寸误差仅为0.78%。Direct laser sintering of a multi-component copper-based metal powder, which consisted of a mixture of Cu, Cu-10Sn, and Cu-8.4P,was successfully carried out. The laser power and the scanning speed were optimized in order to realize the liquid phase sintering mechanism with partial melting of the powder occurred. The Cu and the Cu-10Sn acted as the structural metal and the binder respectively, while the P element was taken as a deoxidizer. A complex shaped copper-based metal part with dimensions of 210mm×70mm×9mm was fabricated using direct laser sintering. Sound sintering process and high dimensional accuracy are obtained by setting the accessorial sintering layers at the bottom of the part. The sintered density is 94.7% of theoretical density, while the maximum dimensional error is merely 0. 78%.
