摘　　要：硫代核糖及脱氧硫代核糖是一类重要的医药中间体,在抗癌、抗菌、抗病毒药物合成中应用广泛;综述了硫代核糖、脱氧硫代核糖合成进展,以及它们在合成硫代核苷中的应用概况.Thioribose and deoxy-thioribose is one type of important pharmaceutical intermediates, They are widely used in the synthesis of anticancer, antibacterial and antiviral medicines, The advances on the synthesis of thioribose and deoxy-thioribose and their application in the synthesis of thionucleosides are reviewed in this paper.
