摘　　要：增量式开发能够很好地解决软件开发过程中由于需求变化而带来的颠覆性灾难。GeneXus是一个可以依据知识模型自动实现系统重构的商业化软件,是目前最具影响的增量式软件开发工具,但它目前实现的用户界面不够丰富,难以满足我国管理信息系统的要求。通过集成GeneXus组件的方法可以很好地解决这一问题,从而为使用GeneXus增量式开发我国管理信息系统提供可行的途径。Incremental development can avoid effectively the disaster come with the requirement change, GeneXus is such a powerful incremental development tool, which can create a new system with automatic refactoring based on a knowledge base when requirements changed. But GeneXus is poor to develop rich graphic user interface （GUI）, so it is hard to satisfy the requirement of Chinese management information system （MIS）. This problem is solved with the method that described, and it is very valuable to develop Chinese MIS with incremental development method.
