摘  要:在中压联醇生产工艺的改进中,采用了从变换三段出口将气体分流的“变换中间抽气”的联醇新工艺,以适应催化剂在不同时期对醇系统进口气中CO含量不同的要求。介绍了工艺流程和工艺特点;论述了新增的2套甲醇合成装置催化剂的升温还原过程和生产操作的改进;分析了影响催化剂使用寿命的因素;提出了延长甲醇催化剂使用寿命的生产操作控制方法;总结了改进后装置生产运行效果。in order to suit the different requirements of CO content in the incoming gas of combinative methanol system on the catalyst system during different period the new process of "shift interim extraction" for combinative methanol was adopted in the improvement of middle pressure combination methanol production i.e. the extracted gas was separated from third stage outlet of shifting, the process flow sheet and process features were introduced; the improvement for heating/reducing process and production operation was discussed on the catalyst in the two sets of newly added methanol synthesis plant; effecting factors effecting the service life of catalyst were analyzed ; production operation & control methods extending the service life of methanol catalyst were supposed, the production operation effect was summarized after plant being improved.
