摘　　要：报告１例腹膜后血管滤泡性淋巴结增生病例。结合国内外文献和我院病例对本病的发病机制、病理特点临床表现以及治疗和预后进行了讨论，并重点探讨了本病的诊断。超声引导下穿刺活检可能是本病早期诊断的较好方法。A 53-year-old man with retroperitoneal angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia(AFLNH)waspresented.The AFLNH's aetiolog,pathology,clinical features and therapy are sumrned up.The diagnosis ofAFLNH is analysed and discussed;The ultrasonic guide biopsy might be a dependable method for the earlyclinical diagnosis and the choice of therapies,Previous reports about AFLNH are reviewed.
