台湾某半导体企业的废水处理工程实例

摘　　要：根据半导体工业废水的特点,将其分为无机(氟系)废水、有机废水、酸碱废水三部分,分别采用化学混凝、MBBR反应池、中和等方式进行处理,处理后合流排出。简述了各构筑物的设备配置、设计参数等,该工程采用全过程计算机控制,自动化程度高,处理效果较好。According to the characteristics of semiconductor industry wastewater, it can be divided into three parts： inorganic （fluorine ion） wastewater, organic wastewater, acid and alkaline wastewater, which are treated by is discharged through chemical coagulation, MBBR, and neutralization processes separately, the effluent combined system. The layout and design parameters of structures are outlined. For using computer control in full process; it has high automated level and better treatment efficiency
