摘 要:从虚拟制造和仿真技术入手,介绍了数字化工厂的概念,研究数字化工厂中数字规划和数字验证技术与实施步骤。数字规划验证的方法可以被看作一种在数字化工厂中的生产规划过程DMU。规划和效验的数字化方法能够促进生产规划,在早期确保产品的可生产性并且影响到产品设计质量。最后详细介绍了数字工艺规划验证在轿车总装中的应用,提出了轿车总装规划的工作流程。The concept of Digital Factory was introduced on the basis of Virtual Manufacturing and computer simulation. The method and process of digital planning and validation in Digital Factory were researched. The method of Digital Planning Validation can be regarded as a kind of process DMU of production planning within the Digital Factory. Digital methods of planning and validation enable not only promote production planning, but also to ensure the product's producability in early phases and to influence product design. Finally, the application of Digital Planning Validation in car final assembly was introduced in detail, and the process of car final assembly planning was proposed.
