摘　　要：创业投资在美国经过几十年的发展,已形成了一套政府支持创业和创业投资的模式。介绍了美国支持创业和创业投资模式的基本情况,并从6个方面探讨了对我国的启示。The pioneering investment, which has developed for decades in America, has formed a set of modes of government＇ s supporting the initiation and the pioneering investment. This paper introduces the basic situation of American government＇s supporting the initiation and the pioneering investment modes, and probes into the enlightenments to our country from six aspects.
